Valley Of Flowers & Hemkund Sahib Trek

Valley of Flowers is nestled in the upper expanses of Bhyundar Ganga near Joshimath in Garhwal region. It is in the Pushpawati valley 23 km north-northwest of Nanda Devi Park. The area lies on the Zanskar range of the Himalayas.
 
Valley of flowers is a world heritage site and among the natural wonders of the world. Valley of flowers is famous for its excellent natural trekking trail; it is the home for many beautiful flowers like Cobra Lily, Blue Poppy, and Brahmakamal. This is a must visit place for the flower and nature lovers. Beautiful waterfalls, landscapes, and meadow add more stars to the beauty of Valley of Flowers. 
 
Hemkund Sahib is devoted to Guru Gobind Singh (1666–1708), the tenth Sikh Guru. It finds mention in Dasam Granth. Hemkund Sahib Trek is a 15km from Govindghat, which is the gateway to the Bhyundar or Lakshman Ganga valley. The trek from here to Hemkund takes one through forests of pine and rhododendron where wild roses, ferns, and alpine flowers bloom. The surging waters of the Lakshman Ganga are also visible. The last 5km of the trek entails a steep climb from Ghangharia, which is a base for visiting Hemkund.

First Day– Haridwar — Govindghat (altitude-  1828 mtr.)

  • Pick-up from Haridwar Bus/Railway Station according to decided time.
  • Route- Haridwar – Rishikesh – Devprayag – Srinagar – Rudraprayag – Karanprayag – Nandprayag – Gopeshwar – Joshimath – Govindghat.
  • Night Stay & Dinner at Hotel/Guest House.

 Second Day- Govindghat – Poolna —  Ghangaria (altitude-  3049 mtr.) 4 km. Drive & 9 km. trek

  • After breakfast excursion to Ghangaria via Poolna.
  • Midway Lunch.
  • Reach Ghangaria after the climb and drop off your bags at the Hotel
  • Evening Tea and Snacks n after that Dinner at the Hotel.

Third Day- Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib (altitude 4633 mtr.)- 6 km. trek

  • Trekking start for Hemkund Sahib after breakfast.
  • You will witness numerous waterfalls, Flowers, Beautiful Snowcapped mountains, glaciers in Hemkund Sahib Trek.
  • Hemkund Sahib Trek is symbol of cleanliness.
  • Devote yourself in the peaceful aura of the Gurudwara and take a dip in the Glacial Lake.
  • Also do visit the Lokpal Temple located in the vicinity of the Gurudwara.
  • Due to unpredictable weather conditions, we will return back from the Gurudwara before 2 p.m.
  • Return back to Ghangaria and have your Evening Snacks and after that early Dinner at the hotel.

Fourth Day- Ghangaria – Vallay of Flower & return (altitude 3658mtr.)- 4 km. trek

  • After breakfast, trek amidst the beautiful and Multi Variety of Flowers that will surely bound to ease away all the tiredness of the day.
  • After excursion & lunch go back towards Ghangaria.
  • Dinner and stay at the Hotel.

Fifth Day- Ghangaria to Govindghat Via Badrinath and Mana Village – 9 km. trek & 28 km. drive

  • After breakfast trek to Govindghat and take lunch on the way of govindghat.
  • Reach Hotel and after that Start your Journey to Badrinath Dham.
  • After Badrinath dham visit, we will go to Maanaa village; this is the last village of India.
  • Arrival at Hotel in Govindghat, followed by Dinner.

Sixth Day- Govindghat to Haridwar

  • Drive down to Haridwar.

Cancellation Policies of Trek

  • If the trek is cancelled due to any unavoidable Circumstances like Bharat bandh, natural disaster etc then we will provide a trek Coupon where you can opt for the same trek or a different for a period of one year. If you want to change the trek the amount you paid will be deducted if the new trek cost is greater than the cancelled trek and if the new trek cost is less the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If Booking of less than 3 members and the trek is cancelled due to no further trekker available, the customer will get full refund and will get a discount coupon of 10% for next trek. The Coupon can be used only once for a period of one year.
  • If the trek is cancel prior to 30 days of booking date then 100 % Amount will be refund.
  • If the trek is cancel between 15 to 29 days of booking date then 55 % Amount of will be refund.
  • If the trek is cancel between 7-14 days of booking date then 35% Amount will be refund.
  • If the trek is cancel between 1-6 days of booking date – No Amount will be refunded.
If, you seat transfer to a friend

(a) You can anytime transfer your seat to your friend but he / she has to fulfill all the formalities before the day of the Event.

(b) Replacement would not be applicable on any public transport booked for original participant; in that case booking for new member has to be done again.
